Description
This Suzuki Jimny is a very well preserved example with tasteful mods, freshly available to 25+ year markets like Australia and the USA. The JA22 Jimny was a slightly refreshed version for the 1996 model year, featuring a slightly updated front fascia and various refinements. The truck comes equipped with Suzuki’s turbocharged and intercooled 660cc engine, mated to a 5-speed manual transmission with a hi/lo 4WD transfer case. Upgrades include a Nardi steering wheel, aftermarket front bumper and grill guard with additional lighting, and aftermarket alloy wheels. The car is currently fitted with snow tires. It’s rare to find late model Jimny’s in such clean condition, as most have been heavily modified for hard use off-road. Get this excellently preserved model today!
Condition
This Jimny is in great condition for it’s age, a great running example. The engine and transmission are running smoothly, no odd idle or slipping clutch. The 4WD system engages in hi and lo gears without trouble, and operates in all gears. Inside, the interior is fairly clean. The original seats are well maintained without stains or cigarette burns. Some stickers and trim panels are peeling and there are scratches and scuffs on the panels. All electronics are in working condition, including lights and wipers. Underneath the truck has only minimal surface rust, no major corrosion holes or areas of concern. It’s a very clean example, and rare to find in such shape.
