Description
This 1996 Subaru Sambar is a well equipped truck that’s capable and compact enough to fit anywhere. Subaru is well-known for making capable all wheel drive vehicles, and their smallest offering is not to disappoint. This Sambar is equipped with part-time 4WD, activated by a big red button on the shifter, and also features an extra-low crawler gear for especially sticky situations. All four wheels are driven by Subaru’s Clover 4-cylinder 660cc engine, providing adequate power and torque for a small truck like this. It also comes with air conditioning to keep you cool on hot days on the trail. All in all, the Sambar will get you and your cargo wherever you need to go in comfort, no matter what the conditions are.
Condition
This Sambar is in fine condition for a commercial truck of its age. The engine is running and idling smoothly, the transmission engages in all gears smoothly with minimal slippage, and the 4WD system engages and disengages just as it should. All electronics are working fine, with no irregularities to report. The body seems to have been repainted and also features decals with some faded remnants of the previous owner's graphics. There was some damage to the passenger side door and body below the door, as well as chipped and peeling paint on the front bumper. The interior is average, with a few rips, scrapes, and scratches inside. Underneath the truck is clean, with minimal rust and no corrosion spots or major rust areas. We can arrange repairs before delivery, please contact us for more information.
